Jason established TANG in 2007 and has served as CEO since then. Over the past 14 years, the company has helped over 400 enterprises achieve their business goals, including Zhima Credit, China Merchants Bank, Amway, Watsons, Xiao Guan Tea, KFC, Vanke, the Palace Museum, People’s Daily, Daimler-Benz AG, and WM Motor, improving the experience for over 2.1 billion customers. He was the co-founder of UXPA China (the first professional user experience association in China) established in 2014 and served as chairman of the association for 10 consecutive years. He was invited to be a visiting professor at School of Design and Innovation, Tongji University, and delivered more than 100 speeches at major conferences, forums, enterprises and universities at home and abroad. He was awarded as the “Top Ten Outstanding Youths of Design in China” and was among the listed of “Top 100 Most Creative People in China Business”. He got a master degree of Human-Computer Interaction from BATH University, UK, and a bachelor degree of Computer Science from Southeast University, China.
