In addition to helping leading companies in all industries to improve user experience, from business perspective to user’s perspective, from product to service, from off-line to integration and innovation of off-line and on-line, he also serves as a user experience and innovation consultant for startups and incubators to establish experience and innovation strategies. He got a master degree of Applied Psychology from Zhejiang University, and master degree of Business Administration (MBA) from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
